No objection here. If we decide that we won't ever move an extension forward, we should remove it from the 'approval track'.

We should either just delete the extensions, or put them in an 'Abandoned Extensions' category, with a note about why we decided not to move them forward.

As always, fixing the extensions to be implementable should be on the table as well, particularly for WEBGL_ extensions.

But on thinking about this, what you're actually saying is, these
extensions shouldn't be implemented. At all. So how about we drop em
instead? Any objections to that?
