Re: [Public WebGL] Please make the ArrayBufferView constructor visible

So it seems that the Firefox developers don't want to expose ArrayBufferView?
https://www.khronos.org/webgl/public-mailing-list/archives/1206/msg00254.html

On the Firefox and Chrome bug trackers, developers cite the spec as
the main reason why they didn't expose ArrayBufferView.
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=60449
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796327

If this seems like a reasonable idea to everyone else, I would like to
ask the Chrome and Firefox developers to revisit it. I think that
while ArrayBufferView might not be very useful in a WebGL context,
it's necessary for APIs that deal with binary data which might be
wrapped in Files, Blobs, ArrayBuffers, and ArrayBufferViews.

Thank you very much for your consideration,
    Victor
