[Public WebGL] WebGL Reftests in Firefox

Simple reftests for WebGL landed in Nightly 18 a few days ago in bug 782860. [1]
It's not directly applicable to other browsers, but perhaps it's useful to share what we are doing. Also, if anyone has any questions/feedback, they're always appreciated.

These reftests are trivial, WebGL-wise, since we already have plenty of coverage for that in the conformance suite. However, the reftests make sure that pixels actually get to the screen, and that the canvas is the correct color, alpha, and orientation.

We also have two tests to assure that we still render properly when WebGL leaves the framebuffer binding bound to something non-zero, or the scissor test active. We've had bugs with this in the past, since this is commonly something that non-trivial demos will do, but simple demos might not.
