[Public WebGL] New ANGLE shader preprocessor

WebGL Developers: We need your help!

ANGLE has a brand new shader preprocessor. It was enabled by default
in ANGLE revision 1194:

It also made it into Chrome canary channel, which can be downloaded
from here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/chromesxs/

While the new preprocessor fixes many long-standing bugs and passes
all WebGL/GLES2 conformance tests, it may have introduced new bugs. If
you are a WebGL developer, we need your help in testing the new
preprocessor. Please download Chrome canary channel and test your
application. If you find any issues, please file a bug here:

PS: ANGLE preprocessor is used on all platforms (not just windows), so
it does not matter which platform you are testing it on.
