Since Chome uses the system UIWebView, it can't have WebGL. As has been noted elsewhere, UIWebView *does* actually implement WebGL but it is not enabled for anything but trusted content. The APIs to enable WebGL are private and are thus not available to 3rd party apps if they ship on the store.

If you'd like to see WebGL support in Chrome for iOS, what you're really asking for is one or both of these:

- Apple to allow WebGL inside UIWebView for 3rd party apps (and probably Safari too)
- Apple to allow Chrome for iOS to ship its own WebKit

You can file requests for these at bugreporter.apple.com (yes, feature requests are "bugs"). You will probably be told it is a duplicate, but duplicates help Apple plan features.
