I see.

After discussion with the WebGL working group, the fixes for the
following tests:

  conformance/more/functions/vertexAttribPointerBadArgs.html
  conformance/buffers/index-validation.html

have been backported to the 1.0.1 conformance suite.

WebKit bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85528 has been
filed about the latter failure.
