I'm pretty sure that WebKit has never accepted the "webgl" context
type, only "experimental-webgl".

When should the switch be flipped?

 - Now?
 - When the WebGL 1.0 spec is published?
 - When WebKit passes the WebGL 1.0 conformance suite?
