Vlad's typed array proposal at
http://people.mozilla.com/~vladimir/jsvec/TypedArray-spec.html changes
the TypedArrays' slice() behavior to more closely match JavaScript's
arrays' slice() method. Should we update the WebGL spec and
implementations to match this behavior with the current
WebGL<T>Arrays? I think we should keep the two specs in sync as long
as they are separate.
