[Public WebGL] Typo in IDL for framebufferTexture2D




The IDL is:

    void framebufferTexture2D(GLenum target, GLenum attachment,
                              GLenum textarget,
                              WebGLTexture texture?, GLint level);

The '?' should be before "texture", not after it, I assume.
