preventDefault is specified in DOM 2 events spec [
http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-2-Events/events.html#Events-flow-cancelation
].
No setting is preserved, if you happen not to use preventDefault the
default action for webglcontextlost (losing the context forever)
prevails.
