C Specification
Creating a logical device also creates the queues associated with that
device.
The queues to create are described by a set of VkDeviceQueueCreateInfo
structures that are passed to vkCreateDevice in
pQueueCreateInfos
.
Queues are represented by VkQueue
handles:
