To query the available layers, call:
VkResult vkEnumerateInstanceLayerProperties( uint32_t* pPropertyCount, VkLayerProperties* pProperties);
pPropertyCountis a pointer to an integer related to the number of layer properties available or queried, as described below.
NULLor a pointer to an array of VkLayerProperties structures.
