This template should be used to format a block of text as being about a platform-specific issue. It takes two positional parameters: the name of the platform(s) and the text to use. Here's an example of the use:
{{plat note|NVIDIA|Only happens on NVIDIA.}}
becomes:
Platform Issue (NVIDIA): Only happens on NVIDIA.
