
The Khronos Group is accepting proposals for an OpenVX project. The project will deliver a fully conformant implementation of the OpenVX 1.2.1 standard that is optimized for the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ (or similar) platform. The project will demonstrate the performance advantage of using the OpenVX API by implementing several optimizations that are enabled by OpenVX. Deadline for submissions is January 15, 2019. GL-Z is an OpenGL and Vulkan information utility for Windows, Linux, macOS, Raspberry Pi and Tinker Board. GL-Z 0.4.0, based on GeeXLab, has been released with the following new features: OpenGL memory usage for GeForce and Radeon GPUs on Windows and Linux; Vulkan API information for each Vulkan-capable device and more.
GLUS, a helper library for OpenGL and OpenGL ES now also supports the Raspberry Pi. Three basic OpenGL ES 2.0 examples are included, which do run on Windows and the Raspberry Pi.
