I usually use maya and 3DS max as 3D software to render animation.
I have a lot of smoothing problem when i import Obj model in 3DS Max because 3DS Max doesn't store in .max the Vertex normals from the OBJ file ... and i don't want to smooth the polys (it takes time).
How the Collada's format will work with the vertex normals ???
