    How to group some geometry instances?

    Hello, I have a library_geometries, now I want to create some instance in one node by this code:

    Code :

    <library_visual_scenes>
        <visual_scene id="VisualSceneNode">
          <instance_node url="#VisualSceneNode1"/>
          <node id="VisualSceneNode1" type="NODE">

    ... node ...

            <node id="VisualSceneNode1" type="NODE">
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3248"/>
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3753"/>
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3757"/>
            </node>

    ... node ...

          </node>
        </visual_scene>
      </library_visual_scenes>
      <scene>
        <instance_visual_scene url="#VisualSceneNode"/>
      </scene>

    But viewer cannot show anything on the screen, what's wrong?

    Thanks,

    Get rid of that instance_node as it's invalid.

    Re: How to group some geometry instances?

    Sorry for delay reply, I have just came back from my vacation

    I think that the problem is in this code

    Code :
    <node id="VisualSceneNode1" type="NODE">
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3248"/>
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3753"/>
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3757"/>
    </node>

    If I put only one instance like this:

    Code :
    <node id="VisualSceneNode1" type="NODE">
              <instance_geometry url="#geoid3248"/>
    </node>

    It will work well.

    I'm using Deep Exploration 5.0.2 as viewer

    That is valid however, so you should report a Deep Exploration bug to Right Hemisphere.
