Frontend Developer OpenGL
As part of the development of our simulation platform, you will be responsible for the design and development of 3D rendering and animation components for virtual humanoids in integration with the Qt user interface.
Your knowledge of optimized algorithms and implementations such as LOD techniques and GPU processing clustering practices will be an asset.
You will work closely with a high-performing production team.
Are you a Post Doctorate looking to gain experience, or do you have a Master’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technology with significant experience of 3 + years in OpenGL 3D rendering.
You are proficient in C++, OpenGL and GLSL.
You have the basics in C++ meta programming (i.e. C+++templates), with the STL and Boots libraries as well as the Qt platform.
You’ll need to have a good command of English (and if possible French) at a professional level, both written and spoken.
Finally, you appreciate teamwork and collaborative work while demonstrating autonomy and rigour.
OpenGL 3+ and GLSL :
Mastery of the OpenGL API in C
Design and conception of GLSL shaders
Knowledge of meta-programming, STL and Boots
Development of a portable C++ code under Windows/MSVC
3D rendering in OpenGL and GLSL shader techniques (ex: rendered with transparency, Phong).
Experience in animation with the platform of your choice (e. g. Unity) is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time permanent contract based in Sophia Antipolis, Immediate start date.
Salary 40-55K € according to experience
