The Khronos Group strives to provide an open, friendly, inclusive environment. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of nationality, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.
This code of conduct applies to any participant of the Khronos community – staff, members, invited experts, participants in Khronos meetings, teleconferences, mailing lists, conference or functions, forums, online, discussion groups, etc. Note that this code complements rather than replaces legal rights and obligations pertaining to any particular situation.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, moderators retain the right to take any actions to safeguard all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the platform where the harassment occurred.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, meeting or event organizers retain the right to take any actions to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. This includes warning the offender or permanent removal with no refund.
In reference to live events:
Exhibitors in the expo hall, sponsor or vendor booths, or similar activities are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, exhibitors, volunteers, or booth staff should not use harmful or derogatory images, activities, clothing/uniforms/costumes, or other material that could create an unsettling or harmful environment.
Event organizers may take action to redress anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, disrupting the event or making the environment hostile for any participants.
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment and other code of conduct violations disrupt and reduce the value of our event for everyone.

Anonymous Report. You can make an anonymous report here. We can't follow up with you directly on an anonymous report, but we will fully investigate it and take whatever action is necessary to prevent a recurrence.

When taking a personal report, our staff will ensure you are safe and cannot be overheard. They may involve other event staff to ensure your report is managed properly. Once safe, we'll ask you to tell us what happened. We understand sharing information like this can be upsetting, but we will handle it in a professional and respectful manner. If you choose to, you can bring someone to support you while you make your report. You will never be asked to confront anyone, and your identity will always be protected.
For in-person events, our team will be happy to help you contact hotel/venue security, local law enforcement, local support services, provide escorts, or otherwise assist you to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.
