Patch to correct textureQueryLOD -> textureQueryLod
GLSL 4.00.7 and earlier 4.00 specs specify a textureQueryLOD function. The GLSL 4.00.8 spec notes a change:
> Change textureQueryLod to use "Lod" spelling instead of "LOD".
All subsequent versions of the GLSL spec use "Lod". It seems that Lod should have always been used.
The ARB_texture_query_lod (a backport extension of 4.0 functionality) has never been updated "LOD" -> "Lod". As more data points, the oglconform tests use the "Lod" version and the man pages specify the "Lod" version.
The attached patch corrects this oversight in the ARB_texture_query_lod spec.
The ARB discussed this and added a clarifying issue 3 in the extension spec -
but the difference in spelling is intentional.
