Fixes to perf tests

The performance tests (found under sdk/tests/more/performance/) haven't worked in awhile. This patch updates them to run in FF4b10 and Chrome 9.

jsToGLOverhead was changed to use texParameteri instead of getError, as getError has performance issues in Chromium that the other browsers do not have and as such it does not provide an accurate representation of the call time overhead. It may be worth having another perf test that calls gets.
