not easy to specify inertia matrix for rigid body

While the current system (principal moments of inertia and mass frame) permit the construction of the 3x3 inertia matrix and center-of-mass of the body, these are infrequently used in the rigid body simulation community for specifying inertial properties. Please add an alternative way to specify these components (i.e., as a 3x3 matrix and a 3-dimensional vector, respectively).
