Is anyone currently working on a unit testing suite for WebGL? Perhaps as a plugin for qUnit?

Not that I'm aware of. All of the testing effort of working group members is focused on enhancing the conformance test suite:

Any contributions you'd be willing to make would definitely be appreciated.
