Congratulations on Khronos' first publication of WebCL standard material!

Today is a historic day for the World Wide Web as it witnesses the
birth of the first standard general-purpose native heterogeneous
portable open computing platform.

Regarding the nascent WebCL standard:

Will the WebCL kernel language be formalized by the WebCL WG?

Regarding the WebCL WG:

Will the majority stakeholder in WebCL (the general public) have the
ability to observe the WebCL standardization process?
