Detailed Description

Computes a Box filter over a window of the input image.

This filter uses the following convolution matrix [R00031]:

\[ \mathbf{K}_{box} = \begin{vmatrix} 1 & 1 & 1\\ 1 & 1 & 1\\ 1 & 1 & 1 \end{vmatrix} * \frac{1}{9} \]
