            For a given incident vector <em class="parameter"><code>I</code></em>, surface normal <em class="parameter"><code>N</code></em> and ratio of
            indices of refraction, <em class="parameter"><code>eta</code></em>, <code class="function">refract</code> returns the refraction vector,
            <em class="parameter"><code>R</code></em>.

            <em class="parameter"><code>R</code></em> is calculated as:

            The input parameters <em class="parameter"><code>I</code></em> and <em class="parameter"><code>N</code></em> should be normalized in order to achieve the desired result.
