The Khronos Group is a not for profit industry consortium creating open standards for the authoring and acceleration of parallel computing, graphics, dynamic media, computer vision and sensor processing on a wide variety of platforms and devices. All Khronos members are able to contribute to the development of Khronos API specifications, are empowered to vote at various stages before public deployment, and are able to accelerate the delivery of their cutting-edge 3D platforms and applications through early access to specification drafts and conformance tests.

OpenGL ES Programming courses offered during May in Fremont, CA

OpenGL ES Programming provides programmers with interactive and hands-on sessions about graphics hardware, shading, data management, all through the modern OpenGL ES API. The course covers OpenGL ES 2.0 and the OpenGL ES Shading Language as well as the similarities and differences between OpenGL ES and desktop OpenGL 3.x/4.x. Topics include both the core languages and extensions such as those for double precision and interfacing with OpenGL 3D graphics buffers. This course is being offered in Fremont California, May 3-6 2011.
