The Khronos Group - Connecting Software to Silicon

The Khronos Group is a not for profit industry consortium creating open standards for the authoring and acceleration of parallel computing, graphics, dynamic media, computer vision and sensor processing on a wide variety of platforms and devices. All Khronos members are able to contribute to the development of Khronos API specifications, are empowered to vote at various stages before public deployment, and are able to accelerate the delivery of their cutting-edge 3D platforms and applications through early access to specification drafts and conformance tests.

The ACW 2012 Committee cordially invites you to join them for the Accelerated Computing Workshop at OzViz 2012. This year the workshop will be held on December 5th in Perth, WA. ACW is an co-located event that coincides with OzViz 2012. It serves as a platform for researchers, students, and practitioners working in the domains of computational science, and/or visual computing to share their work and techniques they've developed for targeting advanced parallel hardware architectures (such as multi-core CPUs APUs, GPUs, MIC, FPGAs).
