    Question concerning ports' supplier/non-supplier roles.

    Hi All,

I have a question concerning the ports' supplier/non-supplier roles.
According to the specification, the supplier port always initiates the communication in the tunneled case.
The question is, are the components required to support both supplier and non-supplier roles for each of its ports in the tunneled case? If so, could anyone point to the part of the spec that describes that requirement?
The question is mainly due to the fact that the tunneling unit test from the conformance suite seems to force all of the component's ports to be buffer suppliers.

    Thanks.

Yes, that's certainly the intention, although I don't know where, if at all, it's stated.
