    Devices with hardware acceleration come with their own implementation of OpenGL ES.

    So, if i want to use a dell axim 50v wath kind of implentation i nedd to use if i want hardware acceleration??

    The one that's on the device. It's OpenGL ES 1.0 Common-Lite though.

    You can find the necessary import library (libgles_cl.lib) in the PowerVR OpenGL ES 1.0 SDK here.
