    Linux and OpenML

I'm a developer working on X Windows and 3D support under Linux. I have received several requests asking for OpenML support. We would like to consider adding OpenML support to the Linux X windows environment but the license for the OpenML SDK is clearly in conflict with the X license.

Has any consideration been made towards using an Open Source friendly license for the OpenML SDK? You've gone through all of the trouble to make the SDK for Linux but the license is preventing wide spread use.

Possible there has to be a separate effort, just like when Brian Paul created Mesa3D ... (No! I'm not doing it, even though I guess I could, given time and money )

    Linux & openML

i am using openGL in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and would like to know before I go further, that using openML to develop and distribute my 3D applications in the future. is technically and license-wise ok.
