    Rendermonkey

    The Rendermonkey GL ES samples, most don't work. I get a messed up polygon soup when I open each one.
    The GL samples are ok.
    I am on a geforce 8600, Vista, 172.xx

    Re: render to texture

    Instead of glCopyTexImage2D, you should use glCopyTexSubImage2D because the former allocates a texture and then does the copy and the later will just do a copy.

    Re: equivalent to glPushAttrib()

    I imagine it is best to track the GL states on your own instead of calling any glGet or glIs function.

    GL ES versions

    What version of GL ES is typically available on cellphones, blackberries, WinCE devices, iPhone?
    Is GL ES 2.0 available on some devices?

    Re: How to get started with Vincent ?

    I have no idea. I had trouble myself, so I reinstalled it and then it worked.

    Then I had to reinstall a new copy of Windows and installed all of my software. The emulator launches but it would not...

    Re: Hardware Acceleration

    The texture format and the internal format are the same. Both textures look fine on screen using single texturing and
    glTexEnvx(GL_TEXTURE_ENV, GL_TEXTURE_ENV_MODE, GL_MODULATE);

    Still, I'm...

    Re: Hardware Acceleration

    I would like ES 1.1 since I'm using some features of 1.1

    I did a certain multitexturing effect on Gerbera 2.0.3 non-commmercial package and I think the result are wrong.

    I'm trying to upload 2...

    Hardware Acceleration

    I searched the forum, but couldn't find what I was looking for.
    Is there a wrapper library for GLES that can use Hardware Acceleration on PCs?
    I'm on Win32, so it should be linked to opengl32.dll

    Re: byte/short vertex/texture coordinate

    How can I convert a model and it's textures and normals to GLfixed?

    Does the projection, modelview and texture matrix need to be modified in a certain way?

    On destkops, yes it stores a copy. The copy can even be swapped to the swap file by the OS if RAM...

    Is there a opengles_1_1_manual.pdf?

    Is there a manual that shows the changes between 1.0 and 1.1?

    DrawRangeElements

    I'm wondering why DrawRangeElements wasn't added instead of DrawElements.
    The former can be better and is more complete.

    I'm wondering what the Linux one is about.
    I guess something that just runs on Linux desktop OS is enough. What else can it be?

    Re: nVidia SDK - Curious choices

    It's too bad eVC++ can't open the VC++ workspaces, even if you use VC++6
    Otherwise, they seem quite similar.
