    thats true. In-order queues don't cause race conditions.

    regarding in-order + clEnqueueWaitForEvents = useless
    It can be still useful if you want delay the blocking on the host thread to the next...

    what i thought as i read the spec: why isn't a unique identifier stored IN the binaries. OpenCL could just take the binaries and dispatch them to the right device...
