    Header files are available from http://www.khronos.org/registry/cl/

    I'm not aware of a public implementation; so for the .lib you'll need to wait until one is published.

    Yes. I suggested using CL_INVALID_DEVICE in the errata thread. Lists aren't really treated separately from devices in most of the API.

    cwrite, I understood clSetCommandQueueProperty() as setting or clearing (depending on enable) the command queue property bits which have a bit set in the properties argument.

    I was surprised that doubles aren't defined as an image channel data type, even in the fp64 extension. Especially since a number of image formats are completely optional. I'm not clear yet how useful...
