Hi,

I am Anil, a software professional. I wanted information regarding how to judge a given component is OpenMAX compliant or not.

I know that with the help of Conformance Testing it is possible to check these but it has some dependency with the component to be checked. I want to know some generic(~ general) criteria with the basis of which I can decide or tell the given component is OpenMAX compliant.

Please share your views and suggestions..

U can mail me @ anil.sku@gmail.com

Thanks in advance :D

Regards,
Anil

What dependencies do you see?

Those with access to the conformance tests may run components through them, but this is not a guarantee that the working group will grant compliance.

There are currently no compliant OpenMAX IL implementations. Compliance is granted by the working group once once components have passed the conformance tests, and the test logs been review and approved by the OpenMAX IL working group.

A list of compliant implementations will be added here: http://www.khronos.org/members/conformant/.

Thanks,

Roger
