Bi, Ning - Senior Staff, Manager, Qualcomm

Ning Bi has been with Qualcomm Inc. since 1995. He was the designer of a speech recognition system, PureVoice VR, used in millions of CDMA handsets. More than 10 U.S. Patents have been issued based on his inventions in speech coding, recognition, communication, and graphics processing. He is currently leading 3D graphics engine development to enable OpenGL ES API in Qualcomm's MSM chipsets. Ning received his Ph.D. from University of Arizona. Return to speaker page
