Mustpass GLES1.1 test case is always selecting egl config 1 even tough it claims to be testing all configs.

Problem can be easily seen when running ltrace conform -1 mustpass.c 2>&1 | egrep "Config ID|eglGetConfigAttrib|eglCreateWindowSurface"
