Everywhere there is an id, there seem to be an optional name attribute as well.
This name attribute is missing on all profile_XXXX (FX)

Profiles that might appear more than one time have a platform attribute.
And they are contained within a parenting effect that is named.
Does this not suffice?

The name attribute is "user data" and not functional. So we'll go with a "no" answer for now.
