ellipsoid_type is defined in the 1.5.0 schema, but not used anywhere in the schema, and not included in the specification.

Same as internal issue 815 (https://cvs.khronos.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=815). Currently targeted for 1.5.1 resolution.
